Q: What is your turnaround time? A: Our production time starts once we have received your final approval after payment. Allow 12-15 working days (2-3 weeks) for production, after which we'll reach out to schedule delivery.

Q: How does the process work from quote to delivery? A: We'll write a free quote based on your requirements. If you agree, we'll send an invoice. After payment, we'll send a mock-up design for approval. Once approved, we'll send the order into production and schedule delivery upon completion (12-15 working days).

Q: What's your minimum quantity order for t-shirts? Can they be different sizes and styles? A: There's no minimum quantity. We offer individual and bulk pricing starting at 25+ pieces, which can be split between sizes and colors as long as the design stays the same.

Q: What's the setup charge for? A: A $40 setup charge covers the costs of preparing necessary tools, equipment, and making design modifications for production. A separate design fee may apply if a design needs to be created.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for large orders? A: Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk discounts.

Q: Are your shirts high quality? A: Yes! Our standard t-shirt is a blend of ring-spun cotton and polyester (Bella Canvas 3001CVC). We don't use budget t-shirts unless requested.

Q: Do you produce everything in-house? A: Yes, we produce all apparel in-house. For large-format printing, we work with trusted partners, but all orders and products go through us first for quality control. (No drop shipping) We provide all graphic design in-house, including for signage and promotional products.

Q: How are shirts packaged? A: Shirts are sorted and folded by size and color for easy finding.

Q: Do you offer logo design services? A: Yes, we offer flat rate and hourly graphic design services. We'll provide vector art files for you to keep the rights to.

Q: Why limit graphic design changes? A: Limiting changes ensures projects stay on budget, schedule, and results in an effective and memorable logo. If not satisfied, we offer hourly design rates until approval.

Q: What products can I put my logo on? A: Apparel: T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, hats, jackets, backpacks, bags. Signage: Yard stake signs, car magnets, storefront lettering, retractable banners, feather flags, table cloths, a-frame stands, backdrops, aluminum signs, vinyl banners, canvas, window decals. Promotional Products: Stickers, business cards, flyers, pens, notebooks, koozies, blankets, and more.

Q: Do you offer embroidery? A: No, we don't offer true stitch embroidery, but we have imprint methods like embroidered and twill patches. Photo examples available upon request.

Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: Major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers.

Q. Do you offer payment plan options? Yes, we offer a buy now - pay later payment plan option through Affirm, a 3rd party platform at checkout. 

Q: Can I get a sample before ordering? A: Yes, mock-up or sample product available, may include a fee.

Q: Do you offer rush production or shipping? A: Yes, at an additional rate of 30% of the total order.
