RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Loyal Brand produces custom apparel, decals, signage, vehicle graphics, and print. Every order is made to your approved proof. Because custom goods cannot be resold, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom goods.

Approval and production are two separate steps. Your written approval of the proof closes changes to anything shown in it: spelling, sizing, placement, color, and layout. Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, the order is final.

DEFECTS

If a finished item does not match the proof you approved, contact us at info@theloyalbrand.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the issue. We will remake or correct any item that does not match the approved proof. Differences that were visible in the approved proof are not defects.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation before production begins is handled case by case. Contact us at info@theloyalbrand.com before production starts. Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

PROMOTIONAL AND GIVEAWAY ITEMS

Free promotional and giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged.
