Returns & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will honor a return or exchange within 30 days (U.S). Returns are on a per item basis. Restocking and service fees may apply.  All returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us directly for return authorization prior to shipping. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 
No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Any return and/or exchange sent after 30 days from purchase date, without return authorization, or showing signs of wear and/or washing will not be honored, resulting in no issued refund and the items will not be returned to you.
We do not accept items for exchange that were already previously exchanged. Free Promotional items cannot be exchanged.
All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If the requested item(s) is of lesser value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit for the balance. If the requested item is of greater value, you are responsible for payment of the difference.
Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
We are not able to accept returns for Loyal products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
If you believe you received a product that is defective, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the defective product.

All sales are final outside of the U.S.
